How will the aviation be after COVID-19...
Hello everybody and welcome to my blog!Today we will be discussing about the aviation and travel after the pandemic COVID-19.
These days the world is going through very difficult days and so is the aviation. People these days are staying home due to strict rules the countries have put to stop the infection from the pandemic, and so do the aircraft of many airlines do, they are now grounded, there are just a few of them which operate full cargo flights, even though the aircraft configuration is for passenger transport.
There are also reparation flights to bring people home. Only a single airline is taking its aircrafts to the sky, and this is the European Low-Cost carrier, Ryanair. You may ask yourself why? Here it is:
As long as an aircraft stays grounded, it gets aged, and he needs maintenance, to cut these costs Ryanair, is flying loop short flights over its operating bases, just 4-5 aircrafts a day do so, the others wait for their day to fly in these empty flights.
But lets head back to our topic, the aviation after the pandemic. Till now this disease has caused a lot of damage to the countries' economies, the over all GDP of Europe is thought to fall 2-3%, at the end of disease. With the economies falling, there is no doubt that people, won't spend their leftovers to fly, bit will spend them to buy basic needs. And this will heavily impact carries all over the globe, some of them may survive some may go bankrupt, take as an example "Flybee", which went bankrupt, just after the Corona-virus had started.
Overall, aviation may be heavily impacted, and if there are no grants from the governments, they may all go bankrupt.
Thanks for Reading!
Happy Flying!
